We don’t just generate 14 disconnected ads. We develop two distinct creative ideas, then explore each through multiple executions so your media buyer can learn what actually resonates.

Examples show the range of production ZeroCanvas can create. They are not client results.
Fresh concepts, not cosmetic variations.
We don’t count tiny caption changes or cosmetic edits as separate creatives. Every execution should give your media buyer something meaningful to test.
Example sprint
Two new ideas. Fourteen ways to test them.
Each concept is a creative bet. We explore it through roughly seven executions, and the exact mix can shift where it’s strategically useful.

How it works
From research to 14 new creatives in 14 days.
Five steps. One approval checkpoint before full production.
01
We learn the brand
Share your product, audience, landing pages, existing creative and anything else that helps us understand what you sell and why people buy. Existing winners help, but aren’t required.
02
We research the opportunity
We look at your existing creative, category, competitors, customer language and relevant ad patterns to identify directions worth exploring.
03
We develop 2 new concepts
We turn the research into two distinct creative concepts, including the core angle, hook direction, format and planned executions.

04
Production
We produce the 14 finished creatives.
The guarantee applies before full production begins. We do not guarantee ROAS, CPA, CTR, revenue or other media performance.
No. The sprint is designed to develop new creative concepts. Existing ads and performance data are useful context when available, but they aren’t required.
What do you mean by a creative concept?
A concept is the underlying idea behind the ad: the angle, message, creative mechanism and basic way the story is told. One concept can then be explored through different hooks, creators, scripts, formats and executions.
Are all 14 creatives completely different concepts?
No. The sprint includes two core concepts and 14 finished executions built around them. This gives your media buyer enough variation to test the ideas properly rather than spreading production across 14 unrelated concepts.
What counts as one of the 14 creatives?
A finished, publish-ready ad execution built from one of the sprint’s two creative concepts. Different executions may test different hooks, scripts, personas, formats, structures, openings or production approaches.
Are the 14 creatives just small variations?
No. The sprint begins with two genuinely new creative concepts. We then explore those concepts through multiple meaningful executions rather than counting tiny caption or cosmetic changes as separate creatives.
Can you create UGC?
Yes. UGC and creator-style formats can be used where they fit the concept.
Can you create AI UGC?
Yes, where appropriate.
Can you localize ads?
Yes, where agreed. Localization can be included as part of an execution when strategically useful.
Do you run our ads?
No. Your media buyer, agency or internal team handles distribution. ZeroCanvas handles creative.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI is one of several production methods we use, chosen to fit each concept and execution.
Can we provide existing footage?
Yes.
Can you work from existing UGC?
Yes.
Can you source creators?
Where required and agreed, yes. Additional creator costs may apply depending on the production.
How quickly are the creatives delivered?
Standard turnaround is approximately 14 days after kickoff, assuming required assets and feedback are supplied promptly.
Do we get revisions?
Yes. One feedback round on the concept direction before production and one reasonable editing revision round after delivery.
Do you guarantee performance?
No. ZeroCanvas does not control the offer, ad account, media buying, landing page, audience, spend or other factors affecting results. The Creative Fit Guarantee applies to the concept direction before full production.
Is there a retainer?
No.
Can we order another batch?
Yes.
Who owns the creative?
Once the project is paid in full, you can use the delivered creative across your own paid and organic channels. Any third-party or creator-specific usage restrictions will be agreed before production.
